Salary Range:$90,000 USD - $112,000 USD
Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Job Description:
Every day, we seek to improve financial security for people. Joining our Workplace Technology team as an AV Support Engineer means you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our audio-visual systems across multiple rooms and studios while also ensuring seamless operation of teleconferencing tools, and providing technical support for town halls and live events. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality AV experiences for our team and clients. You will assist staff and executives in the Corporate Office as well as presenters in remote locations.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- In-Room Technologies: Manage and support AV equipment, including Poly systems, production software, microphones, speakers, and other related technologies.
- Teleconferencing Tools: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ensuring smooth and efficient virtual meetings.
- Technical Production: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of town halls and live events, including audio and video
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on the use of AV equipment and teleconferencing tools.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of AV setups, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Your Expertise:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with in-room AV technologies, particularly Poly systems.
- Strong knowledge of teleconferencing tools, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience in technical production for live events, including audio and video
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in AV technology or related fields are a plus.
