The opportunity:

The Supply Sustainability and Compliance Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting our organization’s sustainability and regulatory compliance efforts, particularly focusing on emissions understanding and reductions for Scope 3, sustainable assessments, and adherence to emerging regulations in the area of supply chain. The Senior Analyst will support establishing efficient data collection and reporting processes and drive continuous improvements initiatives.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Supporting the establishment of new or improvement of existing processes for ESG regulatory and compliance topics (including SOPs and work instructions for maximum efficiency).
  • Coordinating timely implementation of SCM Sustainability and Compliance processes in the respective regions
  • Supporting strategic supplier relationships and drive collaborative engagement.
  • Coordinating supplier sustainability assessment/improvement program enabled by EcoVadis.
  • Structuring and organize the information related to the Sustainability activities and ensure the reporting mechanisms for each related KPI.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for related topics (including collaboration with other functions for required alignment).
  • Supporting global application implementation and align supplier sustainability related tools.
  • Supporting in establishing required communication & training material.

Your background:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and engage with external parties on sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of supplier sustainability requirements such labour & human rights, sustainable procurement, environmental, safety and ethics is preferred.
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4Hana, EcoVadis is a plus.
  • Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and strong communication/presentation skills.
