Role : Supply Finance Manager
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose/Overview
The Supply Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and cost control within the packing center and supply chain operations. This role ensures accurate reporting, optimizes costs, and supports decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for Packing center and supply chain operations.

Develop and maintain financial models to support cost control and efficiency improvements.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, logistics, and inventory.
Cost Control & Optimization:

Monitor and manage cost structures, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and logistics.

Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements in Packing center and supply chain operations.

Conduct product costing, standard cost updates, and variance analysis.
Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with company policies and accounting standards.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Business Partnering & Decision Support:

Collaborate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to drive financial performance.

Provide insights and recommendations for capital investments, process improvements, and risk management.
Inventory & Working Capital Management:

Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and working capital efficiency.

Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve cash flow.

Work with supply chain teams to optimize demand planning and procurement strategies.

CA with 2 to 5 years of experience

Excellent MS Office, with focus on MS Excel/ Power point
