Your future team:

You will become part of the Supply Chain Planning team and will be reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Director.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and long-term growth.
  • Enhance planning capabilities by applying best practices and process improvements.
  • Develop inventory strategies to manage business volatility and scheduled shutdowns while tracking progress.
  • Align with factories to optimize production sequencing and campaign planning.
  • Establish and measure key performance metrics for the planning team.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, taking ownership of team outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Implement new tools, processes, and best practices to enhance business performance.
  • Coach and develop supply chain professionals, ensuring strong talent growth.
  • Provide training to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, and inventory management in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team, with a proven ability to inspire high performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (SAP experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage cross-functional teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive service and inventory optimization.
  • Problem-solving agility, balancing data-driven decision-making with practical execution.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
