What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:

Provide business insights and the associated actions for the HPE Planning Organization supporting the Demand, Supply, and Inventory Management teams in the Planning Organization.
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory management, service to our customers, and cost metrics
- Recommend reconfiguring of planning processes / tools / business rules as appropriate
Through data analytics provide key insights and action plans to improve business results. - Find innovative ways to analyze the business to identify the drivers and recommend action for repeat and unique issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Demand, Supply, and Inventory Management to ensure analysis of data considers ongoing business activities including HPE strategies, existing projects, new product introductions, etc.
- Provide ad hoc analytics support as needed
- Support project initiatives providing business insights
- Continue education and training on o9 APS capabilities as well as technical tools to fully leverage and realize the benefits with HPE provided tools.
- Provide thought leadership on the design of visual management tools
- Skills and Experience
- Ability to learn and quickly implement new learnings
- Expert level Power Bi & MS-Excel skills & experience preferred
- 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain experience (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Materials Management, and/or Inventory Management) and deep understanding of supply chain systems
- O9 Advance Planning Systems experience preferred
- Ability to leverage systems and data to quickly assess the business to improve results
- Responsible for supporting the creation and optimization of supply planning processes and inventory management across the enterprise. Responsibilities include gathering data and inputs to the plan, tracking inventory levels, and daily monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure quality and production requirements are being met. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
What you need to bring:
- Master´s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent preferred. Or Bachelor´s Degree in these areas and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
