ABOUT THE POSITION

Supply Chain Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your Role: as the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and optimize our entire supply chain operations. Your strategic vision will significantly enhance BURGA's mission by ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient logistics, and robust supplier relationships across our global market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Place import orders to suppliers based on demand forecasts made by Inventory Managers

- Ensure that the calculated quantities align with the most efficient loading of the pallet, train, or container. 

- Oversee shipping, manage freight and customs documentation, and ensure international and domestic regulations compliance.

- Track the status of orders, ensuring that suppliers fulfill orders on time and addressing any delays or issues.

- Work closely with customs brokers to ensure the proper clearance of goods through customs, including dealing with tariffs, duties, and taxes

- Track the total cost of importing goods to ensure that the company remains within budget.

- Maintain detailed records of all import transactions and generate regular reports for senior management on the status of imports, cost analysis, and logistical performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management.

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

- Experience working with ERP systems

- Skilled in Excel

- Extensive knowledge and experience with freight forwarding and shipping methods to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient transportation of goods

- Proven track record in handling import operations from multiple international suppliers.

- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

- A proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.

SALARY: 2800 - 3300 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
