Join Mondelez International as Junior Brand Manager in the Baltic Region
We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager to support marketing activities for selected brands from Mondelez's portfolio in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, working with iconic global brands like Milka and Oreo, as well as cherished local favorites.
Position: Junior Brand Manager - Mondelez Baltics
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
Region: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
Department: Part of Mondelez Poland and Baltics Marketing Team
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of brand marketing plans and campaigns across the Baltic markets
- Assist in gathering consumer insights and monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support new product launches and packaging updates with day-to-day coordination
- Help prepare regular brand performance reports and presentations
- Assist in managing relationships with agencies and vendors
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of marketing experience, internship experience in FMCG is a plus
- Fluent English language skills (required)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in marketing and brand building
- Basic project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Salary proposed on this job position: 2 950 EU gross - 3 700 EU gross depending on the candidate's experience.
