Join Mondelez International as Brand Manager in the Baltic Region
We're seeking a passionate Brand Manager to lead full cycle of marketing for Mondelez's portfolio in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, working with iconic global brands like Milka and Oreo, as well as cherished local favorites.
Position: Brand Manager - Mondelez Baltics
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
Region: Responsible for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
Department: Part of Mondelez Poland and Baltics Marketing Team
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and support plans for Mondelez brands across the Baltic markets
- Uncover consumer insights, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activities
- Lead the team of two Junior Brand managers - providing coaching, and empowering for excellent results
- Champion cross-functional collaboration to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage brand portfolio including new product launches, packaging design, and pricing strategies
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to senior management
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and business partners
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in an international environment
- Fluent English language skills (required)
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for brand building with a curious mindset and creative approach
- Excellent project management abilities with strong prioritization skills

Salary proposed on this job position: 4 200 EU gross - 5 300 EU gross depending on the candidate's experience.
