The Role

We are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator, with years experience in planning, ordering and inventory management. In this role it's advantageous if you have worked in a medium to large organization and managed multiple suppliers/customers across different global locations.

What you will do

  • Assist in generating and managing product data in ERP system (Dynamics) for new and existing products.
  • Work with production team to plan production
  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing orders are correct, accurate, planned and processed.
  • Complete customs documents for shipments globally.
  • Process inventory receipts in ERP system
  • Co-ordinating with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and Couriers.
  • Handling supplier queries and issues.
  • Liaising with both internal / external customers on availability of stock and deliveries.
  • Assisting Forecasting stock requirements for USA, Canada & UK.

Candidate Profile

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Sound skills in purchasing and inventory planning
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage products and inventory. Ideally Dynamics 365 or similar system.
  • Experience in logistics, planning and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of supplier and quality management practices
  • Relevant Diploma or degree qualification
  • Skilled with typical office tools, mainly Excel, outlook and word.
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to work
  • Interested in joining a positive team culture
