While reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain - Division as the Supply Chain Systems Analyst IV, you will be responsible for overseeing the advance planning system for the RPCNA division, acting as the subject matter expert for the tool and subsequent processes, and representing RPCNA’s use cases and requirements to the Global team. This person will be responsible for autonomously supporting a broad userbase in system development, deployment, training, and enhancement of business processes and technical tools. Key deliverables will be ensuring system stability, planner capability through training, future state system design, and process design and documentation. Position will be a part of the centralized Corporate Supply Chain Center of Excellence. Additional responsibilities may be held in master data management, data quality, and ERP system management and maintenance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Gathers and documents requirements and functional specifications from Global business, partner with users and technical team to develop solutions via system, business process, or training.
- Act as key Corporate trainer for ASCP planning system, onboarding new users, and acting as SME in troubleshooting and problem solving for existing users.
- Prepare formal documentation for systems and processes of ownership for standardized use across the business.
- Act as a change agent in driving standardized process and procedures into division, and partner with global team to drive creation of, and adherence to, global standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPI’s for RPC Supply Chain team.
- Key participant in “future state” design of systems, data hierarchies, and business processes.
- Develops and reviews testing and training on assigned business applications
- Initiates, controls and manages projects effectively
- Ensure superior customer service by assisting in identifying customer/company needs
This is a hybrid position is located at our Charlotte. In office 3 days a week.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with use of major ERP system (Oracle ASCP preferred)
- Project Management experience,
- experience in Global matrix organization
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $100,960 to $134,190, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.
This is a progression position and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.
An annual incentive is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual incentive is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
