Principal Responsibilities:
- Dedicated Customer Supply Chain Management for Key customers
- Engage with customer & sales to drive growth
- Implementation, analysis, process delivery for SLA in SAP
- Handling forecast, orders, consignment, customer complaints, business reviews, SFE
- Operational focus on activity and cost to optimize solution for the entire supply chain
- Assist with developing and presenting customer analytics, key trends and solution proposals during customer QBR´s
- Customer Material supply risk review, determination of safety & buffer stock to ensure the supply
- Customer Material analysis on inventory turns, status and liability ownership
- Preparation for SOX consignment counts, analysis of inventory issues and reconciliation
- Review, define and act on customer forecast accuracy or fluctuations
- Maintenance of the master data set ups
- Processing of customer complaints, monitoring of returns and credit items from customers, taking corrective actions
Work Experience:
- 1- 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent on similar job roles
