Our School Based Services Department is excited that programmatic expansion has allowed for the addition of a Supervisor of School Based Services. This trauma sensitive Supervisor will have an opportunity to work in a growing program and a growing organization. We are looking for an experienced clinician with knowledge about serving children and adolescents who enjoys working in a team environment. This position is responsible for supporting providers in delivery of support, assessment, intervention, and consultation within the school setting across contracted school districts. This Supervisor will engage directly with Building and District staff and leadership to promote programming and provide consultation, training, and intervention as needed. This Supervisor will be assigned specific Buildings and Districts to oversee services and will operate as a member of a collaborative Team.
Primary duties include:
- Providing Trauma Informed clinical and administrative supervision of staff that recognizes the individual needs and competencies of each staff member.
- Engaging directly with building and district staff and leadership to promote programming and provide consultation, training, and intervention as needed.
- Providing consultation and collaboration with community partners and clients’ treatment teams. Promoting Crossroads Health services and engage in outreach activities.
- Identifying ongoing professional development for both themselves and their supervisees consistent with licensure and credential requirements for personal and organizational growth.
- Providing crisis intervention/support as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
- Licensed in the State of Ohio with LSW/LPC/MFT
- Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPCC/LISW/IMFT (preferred)
- LPCC-S, LISW-S/IMFT-S (preferred)
- Three (3) years clinical experience, Five (5+) years (preferred)
- One (1) year supervisory experience, three (3+) years (preferred)
- One (1+) administrative supervisory experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and support supervisees toward quality service provision.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license (w/4 points or less) and carry minimum auto liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
