We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely. This will require 2x a week in a Broadridge office

Responsibilities:

• Apply in-depth knowledge of Impact and BNY BDC to ensure team’s timely settlement of client’s transactions  

• Monitor firm’s liquidity to mitigate overdraft charges IN BNY

• Provide mentorship for team members

• Coordinate with client’s trading desk on collateral movement across different BNY accounts

• Identify potential risk associated with certain high valued trades and act to mitigate

• Escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management, when necessary.            

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team, and client’s trading desk.

• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Fed Settlement operational experience

• Thorough understanding of Impact and BNY BDC

• Knowledge of BNY vs Impact reconciliation

• Recognized expertise in key Settlement activities.

• Skilled at building and guiding high-performing teams,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.

• Lead efforts to address complex client challenges,

• Ability to recognize and escalate high-risk items to minimize loss or breaks

The salary range for this position is between $115,000-$120,000.  Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
