Administrar los recursos asignados de manera eficiente
Asegurar el seguimiento del flujo del proceso.
Identificar necesidades de entrenamiento y se asegura del cumplimiento
Asegura personal asignado cuente con los recursos necesarios para las actividades diarias y equipo de protección personal
Supervisa que personal siga los estándares establecidos en las estaciones de trabajo.
Supervisa que el personal cumpla con el reglamento interior de trabajo.
Evalúa desempeño de asociados para cambio de nivel.
Responsable de inicio y paro de operaciones de líneas asignadas
Responsable del seguimiento y cumplimiento de los planes de producción
Responsable del seguimiento y cumplimiento de metas de la línea
Notifica al equipo del progreso, desempeño y ayuda que requiere para el cumplimiento de los planes de la línea en tiempo.
Participar en eventos realizados de mejora continua en líneas asignadas
Participa en 5’S a través de auditorías y seguimiento del cumplimiento en líneas asignadas
Identifica al personal con incidencias de conducta y gestiona acciones correctivas.
Mantiene comunicación abierta entre empleados y departamentos de soporte.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en líneas asignadas y/o servicios de la planta.
Supervisión de registro de horas trabajadas en el sistema para el pago correcto del personal a cargo.
Seguimiento y aprobación a solicitudes de ausentismo del personal a su cargo.
EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA:
- Carrera profesional en Ingeniería, Manufactura, Producción o afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura.
