Generalidades del puesto
Administrar y coordinar los diferentes recursos materiales, económicos y humanos asignados por la compañía para el logro y cumplimiento de los objetivos relacionados con trabajos de instalación y modernización de equipos.
Ubicación: MONTEVIDEO
En un día normal tendrás que:
-
Atención y asesoría a los clientes durante el proceso de construcción, instalación y modernización de equipos.

Coordinar el inicio de la Instalación y modernización de un producto junto con el personal técnico.
-
Realizar seguimiento a trabajos de instalación, modernización y ajuste de los equipos nuevos.
-
Realizar la entrega final al área de Servicio (handover) y al cliente, después de finalizada la instalación y/o modernización.
-
Cumplir con el seguimiento y aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad en obra.
-
Impartir la capacitación de seguridad y auditorias de FPA tanto a técnicos a cargo como a subcontratistas.
-
Supervisar las labores del personal a cargo brindando el acompañamiento cuando así lo requieran, para el cumplimiento de sus objetivos e indicadores individuales.

Establecer, Construir, actualizar e implementar la documentación utilizada en la gestión de la operación como por ejemplo PRE START CHECK LIST, Guías, manuales de uso, instructivos, alertas de seguridad que sirven de apoyo a la operación en los procedimientos aplicados en campo.
Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

Educación: Carreras técnicas en electrónica, mecánica o afines.

Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia en instalación de ascensores.

Licencia de Conducción vigente
-
Dominio Suite de Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-
Buenas actitudes de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
