Generalidades del puesto
Atención de Reclamos y realizar reparaciones de ascensores y otros mecanismos de elevación en Sucursal de Montevideo.
En un día normal tendrás que:
-
Atención y gestión de llamadas de emergencia (reclamos) de los equipos de la zona asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la Compañía.

Detectar y reparar fallas específicas de cualquier índole en las unidades.
-
Solucionar reclamos de clientes, asignados por el Supervisor u Otis Line.
-
Colaborar con el área en la ejecución de trabajos de mediano porte.
-
Cumplir en general con los lineamientos de Seguridad y calidad de la Compañía.
-
Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 15:00 a 23:00 y Sabado y Domingo con turno rotativo.
Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de antigüedad en Tareas Similares.

Educación: Egresado de Carreras técnicas de Electrónica, Electrotecnia o afines.
-
Conocimiento técnico para diagnóstico y resolución de fallas; lectura de diagramas eléctricos, etc.

Contar con Libreta de Conducir.

Disponibilidad Horaria de acuerdo a la necesidad de la operación
