Hibrido: Você trabalhará presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul - SP.
Papel:
O Supervisor de Digital Experience deverá trabalhar muito próximo com times multidisciplinares, liderando questões de engajamento, satisfação dos clientes e crescimento do negócio. O candidato ideal deverá ter experiência em marketing digital, UX design, customer experience e liderança de equipes.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)
Algumas das principais responsabilidades estão listadas abaixo, porém as atividades não se limitam apenas a estes itens:

  • Liderar um time de analistas de UX, Sucesso dos Clientes e Marketing para entregar uma excelente experiência digital em nossa plataforma de veículos seminovos
  • Colaborar com times multidisciplinares de diferentes áreas, incluindo desenvolvedores, produtos e operações para entregar engajamento e satisfação dos clientes além de crescimento do negócio
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de marketing digital e campanhas de marketing para entregar os melhores indicadores de aquisição e retenção de clientes
  • Desenvolver e manter a cultura de foco no cliente em todos os aspectos de digital experience, da experiência do usuário ao suporte aos clientes
  • Possuir um profundo entendimento do comportamento dos clientes, identificando suas necessidades e demandas para coordenar com o time de produto e marketing as melhores estratégias a serem aplicadas na plataforma
  • Coordenar, otimizar e garantir o mais eficiente investimento do budget de marketing e aplicação dos recursos
  • Criar, desenvolver e manter os principais KPIs de digital experience para monitorar o sucesso da plataforma e propor melhorias contínuas
  • Liderar junto com diferentes fornecedores o desenvolvimento da plataforma sob o aspecto de tecnologia, UX, campanhas de marketing e etc
  • Garantir o desenvolvimento de pessoas auxiliando no desenvolvimento profissional de seus liderados
  • Preparar apresentações e análises detalhadas para o alinhamento dos diferentes stakeholders do projeto

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)

  • Formação em marketing, administração, engenharia, publicidade ou áreas afins
  • Sólida experiência atuando em marketing, digital, customer experience, UX e áreas afins
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e execução de campanhas e estratégias de marketing digital
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em UX Design, princípios e boas práticas
  • Excelente comunicação interpessoal, com capacidade para interagir em diferentes níveis da companhia bem como com fornecedores e Rede de Concessionárias
  • Experiência na indústria automotiva ou serviços digitais será considerado um diferencial
  • Conhecimentos de métodos ágeis, Scrum e gestão de projetos

  • Forte perfil de liderança, com experiência comprovada na liderança direta de equipes multidisciplinares (desejável)
  • Inglês fluente - Altamente desejável, Mínimo Intermediário
