Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades):
Você trabalhará diretamente com a Liderança de operação de exportação para:
- Suportar o gerenciamento de logística local e internacional de alta complexidade e tudo relacionado ao processo (mas não limitado a)
- Gestão de Centro de Consolidação, contato e monitoramento de Transportes Marítimos, Logística Inbound e Outbound, sempre garantindo o envolvimentos dos pares
- A base desse papel é manter um contato próximo com Compras, Logística, Cadeia de Suprimentos e Manufatura, e também Fornecedores, Transportadora Marítima e Provedores Logísticos
- Suportar diariamente processos e interfaces entre pessoas de diversos países, realizados em inglês ou espanhol
- Desenvolver KPIs , promover melhorias em processos e analises de dados, automatizando as informações através de ferramentas de transformação digital
- Prover reportes á liderança com as atividades da área e status de cada operação relacionada, possibilitando análise e tomada de decisão.

Additional Description
Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)
- Formação superior em Comércio Exterior , Logística, Administração , Engenharia ou similares
- Inglês a partir de intermediário
- Experiência em manipulação de dados no Power BI, Phyton, Power Automate, entre outros
- Experiência em logistica internacional de exportação/importação em todos modais (Marítimo , Aéreo e Rodoviário) ou Logística local com movimentações de cargas soltas /containers através de caminhões;
- Conhecimento das documentações necessárias para transporte Local e Internacional;
- Conhecimento nas documentações relacionadas a alfândega ( Invoice , Packing list, DUE, NCM entre outros)
- Coordenação de KPIs junto aos fornecedores e da área
- Possuir flexibilidade de horário para atendimento a reuniões internacionais e acompanhamento de cargas, condição de locomoção para Fornecedores e plantas da GM em outras localidades fora de São Paulo.

- Conhecimento do espanhol
- Possuir CNH e saber dirigir
- Importante ter trabalhado com processos ligados a Armadores , Agentes de carga, CIA Aérea, Transportadoras , Terminais portuários, Aeroportos e Armazéns Alfandegados;
