Summer Trainee, Purchase-to-Pay team
We are looking for a summer trainee to join our Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) team in Tallinn. You will report directly to Team Lead, PtP. The position is temporary, preferably starting in March 2025 and ending the 30th of September 2025.

As a trainee your main tasks include:
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately processed and authorised within agreed deadline
- All supplier related queries are dealt with efficiently, effectively and to the satisfaction of the supplier and the relevant business unit on a timely and accurate basis
- Issue resolution in co-operation with BU and other counterparts
- Responding to internal customer queries from BU’s and other departments
- Understand clients purchasing process and usage of purchase orders (PO)
- Encourage vendors to use true Invoicing
- Other relevant tasks within your responsibility area based on need

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person who has a can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous self-improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems and is able to analyze information, report results and promote improvements based on findings in the organization.
Skills and qualifications needed in the role:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience (finance/controlling), preferably from large international company
- Basic understanding of PtP process
- Good analytical, networking and communication skills.
- Self-driven attitude with good co-operation skills and ability to work independently as part of our international team.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in written form, other languages are an advantage
- Ability to work from Tallinn office
