We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Business Control, Fiber Foodservices EAO to join our Business control team in Espoo. We offer you a challenging position with opportunities to grow in an international environment and work with cross-functional colleagues globally.

You will participate in the following tasks:

Assist in standard assignments and tasks, including monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting

Support finance team and management with ad hoc analysis, presentations and report development

Collect, maintain, and analyze relevant data and solve daily issues and challenges related to tasks and development initiatives

Liaise with a diverse group of finance stakeholders globally on FP&A and reporting topics

Maintain safe working environment and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations
To succeed in this role you will need:

3-5 years of relevant studies
-
1-2 years of previous work experience, preferably in relevant business is seen as a plus

Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things

A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
-
An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work

Fluency in English (written and spoken), other languages seen as plus
The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
