Our Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain Capabilities 2025 Summer internship is a 10-week program that gives you the opportunity to apply your learnings in real world experiences and network with leaders within the industry. We're looking for an undergraduate student who is a strong leader and self-starter. The prospective candidates should have business acumen, problem-solving aptitude and a demonstrated passion for the capability building space. Candidates must also have a high learning agility, as well as AI or digital capability, STEM exposure, critical thinking ability, and strong proactive communication skills (written and visual). The selected candidate will have the opportunity to make an impactful contribution to help shape the future of TI&SC capability acceleration across the complex environments our emerging market regions of Africa and India.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and not graduating before December 2025.

Monthly Compensation: $4,506
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives across emerging market regions, providing feedback and suggestion for improvement
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze learning needs
-
Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
-
Play a key role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all learning content
-
Organize & help lead system resources to deploy programs and support deployment of capability building efforts across emerging market regions
-
Partner with Capabilities team to help identify TI&SC’s and bottling partners’ onboarding program needs to todays and future needs across emerging market regions, including defining/aligning clear success metrics

Education Requirements:
-
Currently enrolled in a 4-year college/university at company designated school for recruitment pursing a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technical, Science or Business based major

Sophomore, Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university with at least a 3.0 GPA
-
Ability to problem solve and gain alignment across multiple organizations and levels
-
Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes
-
Ability to demonstrate strong project management experience with the ability to define and lead projects, track progress to milestones and early identification of challenges that could impact project success

Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partner’s expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, SharePoint and PowerApps a plus
