Details About This Specific Position: 

• Dallas Office Location, 2 to 3 days in office per week 

• Full-Time work during normal business hours 

 The Summer Associate, Corporate Communications intern role is focused on supporting various tasks such as writing, editing, and posting intranet articles and weekly e-newsletters. You will also help develop new internal content, including maintaining intranet pages and creating internal communication campaigns that enhance people services and employee engagement.

In this position, you'll gain valuable experience in monitoring and reporting on earned media coverage, as well as assisting with PR and social media campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to play a role in implementing communication campaigns and events for a Fortune 1000 company, contributing to enterprise-wide communication objectives and strategies.

This internship provides hands-on experience within a corporate communications department, which can be beneficial for your future career opportunities.
 

Minimum Experience: 

• Undergraduate or Post Graduate student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall 
• In a program relating to Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or English, preferred 
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA 

Skills Needed: 

• Strong writing and communications skills a must
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) 
• Experience working with design and video platforms and website publishing a plus
