Your Role at impact.com:

As a member of our Creator Services team, our in-house influencer marketing experts, you will be responsible for running and managing revenue across  multiple accounts within various verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will take ownership of your customers and  manage strategy/execution from start to finish for a variety of brands. This role is supported by Campaign Associates and Campaign Managers, and should expect some of their time to be spent in stakeholder management.

What You'll Do:

  • Ideate and develop influencer campaign proposals, including pricing, building out decks, and making strategic recommendations for budget, deliverables, example creators, platforms, and content types
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to answer RFPs,  provide industry expertise, and pitch clients influencer marketing strategy  
  • Have ownership of influencer campaign execution across several concurrent brand accounts
  • Manage relationships and ownership of revenue with portfolio of customers
  • Oversee communication and negotiations with creators
  • Finding and reaching out to relevant content creators and building relationships with influencers to recruit them onto pertinent campaigns
  • Create and manage paid amplification campaigns (Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Spark Ads)
  • Monitor budgets and program timelines to ensure revenue goals and client deadlines are met
  • Provides excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring clients are happy and impressed with our services
  • Analyzes campaign performance to give recommendations for future programs based on learnings
  • Identifies upselling opportunities and communicates to senior leadership

What You Have:

  • REQUIRED. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered. Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA. Please mention it in your cover letter.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience managing influencer marketing programs
    • Familiarity with strategizing, budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, amplification (Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Spark Ads), reporting, etc.
    • Previous agency experience preferred
    • Previous client management experience preferred
    • Established relationship with creators and talent managers a plus
  • Experience building proposal decks, developing creative strategy, and pitching proposals to prospects
  • Strong knowledge of influencers across verticals, especially CPG, fashion, parenting, wellness, fitness, etc., and influencer rates
    • Experience with niches such as gaming, tech, finance, entertainment, etc. a plus
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation and client relationship management skills
  • Strong people-skills needed to maintain professional relationships with influencers and talent managers as well as global internal stakeholders
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel
