Summary:
Ensure smooth operation and enhance user experience for digital platforms under Strategic Partnerships
The Job:
-
Assist in system revamp for customer and business partners’ digital platforms including collect user requirements, perform user acceptance tests etc
-
Collaborate with business units, Operations, IT and project teams on various IT related projects
-
Prepare documentation on user feedback, requirements and testing results
-
Other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
The Person:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
-
Knowledge of insurance industry is preferred

Immediately available preferred
