What You Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree or MBA with a focus on fintech or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, VC/PE, fintech or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic change initiatives for fintech companies.
• Deep knowledge of the fintech/banking and consultancy sector, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Expertise in strategy, change management, and strategic thinking, particularly in fintech.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of fintech/banking innovations, trends, and disruption dynamics.
• Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations, plans, and strategies.
• Aptitude for identifying and leveraging innovative fintech/banking solutions to drive client success.
• Ability to navigate the fast-paced and evolving fintech/banking environment.
• Proven capability to lead and inspire fintech/banking clients and internal teams toward successful strategy implementation.
• Knowledge of banking products such as credits, cards, investments, and SMEs, along with the Turkish banking market, including market shares, ratios, pricing, NIM, fees, and commissions.
• Segment knowledge in areas like Micro, SME, Retail, or Commercial.
• Familiarity with digital channel dynamics, including sales shares, functionality, regulation, and campaigns.
• Understanding of local and global revenue and monetization models, including service and fee structures in banking or digital services.
• Experience with advertisement and campaign dynamics (ATL, BTL), budgeting, and marketing and distribution models.
• Experience in building and launching digital products with a strong understanding of service design and design thinking principles.
The Role:
• Prepare and analyze materials such as research reports, financial models, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and implement KPI tracking systems and performance measurement tools aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and support projects in business planning, financial modeling, and marketing strategy.
• Assist in preparing business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and investors.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives driving company expansion across various business verticals.
• Scope projects, define value propositions using strategic frameworks like SWOT, LeanCanvas, and PESTEL, and manage shareholder expectations.
• Create work breakdown structures, project approaches, and resource and activity plans.
• Control project metrics, financials, and deliverables, and present findings.
• Utilize standard project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall.
