The ideal candidate will have the following but is not required:
- Experience in either indirect sourcing (i.e.: IT, HR, facilities, etc.), or operational/technical services (Construction, engineering, compliance, etc.)
- Experience with small business programs.
- Experience developing and managing the execution of Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), negotiation strategies, reviewing, redlining, and preparing recommendations to internal business partners/stakeholders.
- Experience with S2P Platforms such as SAP/Ariba, etc.

Primary Duties
1. Works collaboratively with the supply chain team in the development and formation of strategic sourcing agreements.
2. Negotiates agreements and manages content in sourcing and supply chain service contracts in accordance with purchasing, legal and risk management policies.
3. Supports contract activity, manages contract amendments, life-cycle of agreements and associated support documents for compliance and performance.
4. Oversees technology lease agreements, manages active lease portfolio, compliance, reporting, and financial commitment and processing.
5. Manages Local Service Agreement system, monitors contract compliance, finalize approvals, and maintains system technology to facilitate process.
6. Supports and coordinates sourcing effort proposals that align with and support user group requirements.
7. Assists in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement strategic sourcing initiatives. Assists in prioritizing strategic sourcing activities.
8. Assists in monitoring and tracking vendor performance through periodic reviews of product and service performance.
9. Support Supply Chain team with Strategic reporting tools and analytics.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Experience Level:
Requires Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field, plus three year experience in purchasing and/or supply management; or equivalent.
Communication Skills:
Must be able to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal clients as well as supplier representatives. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers in order to obtain and provide explanations and information.
Numeric Skills:
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.
Computer Skills:
Requires advanced knowledge of various software applications to create complex documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Requires ability to learn and work independently within various third-party purchasing systems.
Work Conditions:
Works in an office environment.
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
May require occasional overnight travel
