- Organize and manage all team tasks, maintaining an efficient and effective backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of programs and adherence to expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes.
- Collaborate closely with product management, go-to-market and marketing teams to enhance alignment and collaboration.
- Provide strategic input and spar with leadership on frameworks and processes.
- Create and run processes while ensuring consistency in content through strategic planning.
What will help you succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in program management within the software industry.
- Strong technical background or understanding of software development.
- Expertise in Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes.
- Consulting background and familiarity with RACI or other ownership models (preferred but not required).

Compensation Data
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we're obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
