Job Description
Your role at Dynatrace
As the Strategic Lead for our Product Compliance and Certification (PCC) team, you will be the strategic driver for our global compliance, certifications, and accreditations efforts. You will guide the development and implementation of the certification strategy across highly regulated industries, ensuring that our products meet both legal and customer needs in relation to data privacy, security, and industry-specific regulations.

  • Drive the strategy for global certifications, accreditations, and data privacy compliance, ensuring alignment with both Dynatrace's innovation goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand the nuances of accreditation and regulatory processes compared to feature development, and balance these with product innovations.
  • Lead and collaborate across teams including R&D, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to foster cooperation, drive outcomes, and ensure our product certifications meet internal goals and customer demands.

  • Mentor and support the Product Compliance and Certification (PCC) team, providing guidance, problem-solving, and helping allocate workloads effectively.
  • Own the end-to-end journey for obtaining critical certifications and meeting data privacy requirements, from understanding regulatory standards to coordinating efforts across teams.
  • Use your technical expertise to interpret how requirements will impact our products and workflows, ensuring that solutions align with both certification needs and technical feasibility.

Be a customer advocate, balancing Dynatrace's product ambitions with customer requirements and expectations related to compliance.
