It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Strategic Account Director to our growing team. This individual will be responsible for proactively growing our existing customer base through renewals, upselling, and expansions.
We are seeking driven sales and customer-minded individuals that are looking for an opportunity to join a high-growth startup and will be rewarded for performance with uncapped growth opportunities.
As our Strategic Account Director you'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively reaching out to our internal customer base (via phone and email) to provide suggestions on how to best utilize the Hireology platform for greatest business impact
  • Own full renewal sales process to need to add upsell in here secure business and overall revenue growth of book of business in respected vertical
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing
  • Partnering with Customer Success Manager to set qualified appointments and gain sales techniques and best practices
  • Maintaining and growing revenue by creating meaningful value for the customer
  • Demonstrating commitment to our customer base through the highest level of responsiveness
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience required, SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • A strong desire to succeed alongside a passion for delighting customers
  • Pathological optimism and a can't-lose attitude, with a healthy dose of reality thrown in
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
