At Hireology, we are seeking a driven, sales-minded Account Executive to qualify, develop and close new opportunities within our high-growth sales verticals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, helping to shape and execute our sales strategy while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As our Major Account Executive you'll be responsible for:

  • Research and qualify potential business opportunities within a defined territory
  • Own and drive full sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, solution definition, and contract negotiation.
  • Strategically build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure quota is consistently met
  • Consistently exceed sales objectives and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via the web or in person
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures for different package offerings
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the Hireology brand.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience required
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Highly motivated, driven, self-starter

Compensation:

  • Based on experience:
  • Base: $70,000-$100,000
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) $115,600- $162,400 Uncapped Commission
