Your Role:

We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in this transformation, designing and deploying cutting-edge ML/AI models that power predictive and prescriptive insights. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data engineers, and analysts—to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation. Location: Berlin, Germany (or remote within the EU, with preference for proximity to Berlin).
Your Impact:
- Developing and deploying machine learning models to enhance IoT connectivity intelligence (e.g., automated diagnostics, anomaly detection, real-time alerts).
- Collaborating with data engineers to build scalable ML pipelines, ensuring seamless model deployment, monitoring, and real-time data processing.
- Embedding predictive capabilities into APIs and customer portals, delivering actionable insights that optimize SIM usage, connectivity quality, and network performance.
- Strengthening fraud detection and network optimization, using AI to identify anomalies, unauthorized access, and opportunities for self-learning connectivity improvements.
- Driving data-driven decision-making by providing leadership with advanced analytics to fuel business growth.
Your Skills:
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning development.
- Proven experience deploying models to production and maintaining ML pipelines.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka Streams, Flink, Spark Streaming).
- Ability to solve business problems by translating needs into scalable technical solutions.
