JOB PROFILE: Accounting Manager
JOB LOCATION: Carrollton, TX
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks including payroll, weekly disbursement processing, daily bank reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll coding and entries for multiple subsidiaries.
• Work with consultant team to implement direct ACH transfers
• Work with team members, send files for approval, and issue payments in bank. Print payment checks and apply payments in system.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and entries in NetSuite.
• Review weekly accounts receivable invoices and make general ledger entries.
• Handle month end payroll and vacation accruals, reconcile project bank accounts
• Cash checks and create deposits in system twice monthly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite and Microsoft GP.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
