产品开发与配方设计方向Product Development & Formulation Design
旨在应用水性、高固体分或无溶剂等新技术来建立新技术平台以服务所有战略业务单元。未来，产品开发与配方设计将和美国的涂料创新中心紧密合作，立足位于泰达的PPG全球涂料创新研究院，为亚太乃至全球的业务提供绿色环保的先进产品。欢迎具有高分子化学与物理、材料科学、化学、化学工程及工艺等专业的同学申请。涂料相关研究背景将具有优势但非必须。
计算机模拟与仿真方向 Simulation and Modeling
建立基于计算流体动力学（CFD），计算粒子动力学和有限元分析（FEA）的数学模型，以及基于Aspen的工艺流程模拟，将模型预测与研发实验室实验结果紧密结合来推进PPG的涂料研发，制造和产品应用技术。最终目标是推进创新，加快产品和工艺流程开发，确保稳健的流程规模扩大，并促进制造的持续改进。欢迎具有相关研究背景，具有化学工程（及工艺），材料科学或材料工程，以及机械工程等专业的同学申请。
数字科学，AI及算法方向 Digital Technology
Digital Technology 是PPG全球涂料创新研究院的一个重要部门，因应PPG公司数字化转型战略而诞生。Digital部门整合公司现有以及不断产生的数据资源，建立大数据平台，利用大模型，机器学习，数字孪生等技术与公司的涂料和材料的研发和应用结合，从而加速研发的速度及效率，并致力于推动公司工业智能化进程。欢迎具有踏实的数理统计，计算机应用，软件编程和数据科学基础，掌握python和其他计算机语言、数据平台工具的同学， 有机器学习、数据库、数据挖掘项目经历的同学申请。

- 高分子化学与物理、材料科学、化学、化学工程及工艺

- 具有良好的能动性，创新能力，解决问题能力，学习能力和沟通能力。
- 良好的中英文沟通能力，同时能够接受一定比例的出差
