Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszámgyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

Job Description

You are responsible for obtaining product certifications for electric power tools in cooperation with external test houses and product development teams from different Power Tools locations worldwide.

  • Maintain certification for products during series production.
  • Advice series support teams on impact of technical changes at the product and of new or updated international standards and laws on product certification
  • Explaining of information on international standards and country-specific legal requirements to business teams involved.
  • Consultancy for product development teams in questions related to product certification.
  • Advise and guide the product development teams in the implementation of risk assessments.
  • Cooperate with relevant internal functions such as Functional Safety Officer and EMC experts.

Qualifications

  • University degree, i.e. electrical or mechanical engineering or similar education.
  • Practical experience in the field of product certification or project management preferable.
  • Good communication skills, especially in an intercultural environment of international teams.
  • Independent, structured and analytical way of working.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to Germany for several days.
