What you will do:

The SAP Implementation Analyst will partner with Business Process Owners and Business Process Implementation Leads to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with implementation of warehousing, distribution, inventory, logistics and distribution template processes.  You will be instrumental in system testing, user training, and go-live support ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supports timely completion of deployment activities within warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory management area inclusive of the ecosystem application landscape.
  • Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes.
  • Support any projects or activities that will increase our effectiveness to implement SAP
  • Support onboarding of local data readiness network resources for data objects in warehouse Support local data resources during data load processes to ensure they are updated on data design.
  • Support business SME’s with execution of data cleansing, data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data
  • Support timely completion of deployment activities within warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory management area inclusive of the ecosystem application landscape.
  • Support any projects or activities that will increase our effectiveness to implement SAP.
  • Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities.
  • Support onboarding of local data readiness network resources for data objects in the supply chain space.
  • Support local data resources during data load processes to ensure they are updated on data design.
  • Responsible for testing activities including test script review, test data readiness, and test execution.
  • Participate in process workshops, supporting the Business Process Leads.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training content.

What you need:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Finance.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA IM and SAP EWM
  • Knowledge of Master Data Governance. ( MDG)
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies
  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillsets.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Works with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.  Additionally capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work United States EST hours for 2025
  • Expected travel will be approximately 40%
