As a Sr. Workforce Analyst, you will help drive organizational growth and success by analyzing workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and help develop strategies to address them. You'll also review current and future skills gaps to ensure that the right combination of talent (non-employee/contingent workforce and full-time employee/permanent workforce) is in place to support the company’s strategic objectives at the right cost.

In this role, you will also:

  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions with minimal direct supervision.
  • Be a self-starting, lifelong learner with a strong desire to pursue new challenges, develop a diverse skill set, and potentially achieve expertise in strategic workforce management through proactive learning initiatives.
  • Think “big picture” while also focuses on the details needed to carry out project plans.
  • Use your hands-on working knowledge of data analytics and workforce management tools, utilization, navigation, and reporting for creation of compelling executive visual dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various departments and grade levels across the organization to ensure that workforce strategies align with overall business objectives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Have 4+ years of experience in the area of contingent and/or employee workforce analytics.
  • Be proficient in creating clear, impactful data visualizations using tools such as MS Project, Visio, Ai Tools, etc... to communicate workforce data and insights effectively.
  • Have a working knowledge of mathematical and statistical methods with the ability to apply these techniques to analyze workforce data, forecast future workforce needs, and discover J-curve gaps in performance.
  • Knowledge of global workforce planning best practices preferably in hybrid environments involving both Full-Time Employees and Contingent Workers.
  • Have an understanding of the foundation of Statement of Work contracts and staffing agreements as they relate to addressing an organization’s workforce planning strategy and resource allocation.
  • Have experience processing large and complex data sets.
  • Have advanced skills in data analytics tools and programming languages: SQL for data querying, AI tools for data processing and advanced Power BI and/or Power Excel User for data manipulation.
