  • Own the End-to-End Design Process:
    • Lead the design journey from initial research and journey mapping to high-fidelity designs and iterative development within a dynamic Agile environment.
    • Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience.
  • Drive Innovation and Strategic Vision:
    • Participate in exploratory design sprints, create user journeys, and develop prototypes that push the boundaries of eCommerce.
    • Drive innovation by exploring new ideas, technologies, and design trends that enhance digital experiences and differentiate our brands.
    • Apply systems thinking principles to design holistic, cohesive experiences across multiple touchpoints and channels.
  • Influence, Collaborate, and Communicate Effectively:
    • Communicate your design vision with clarity and passion, leading design discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, brand partners) to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
    • Present design solutions with confidence and clarity, advocating for user-centered design principles.
  • Solve Complex Problems and Champion User Needs:
    • Solve complex challenges within enterprise applications, leveraging your expertise to create seamless and efficient user experiences.
    • Be customer Obsessed and human-centered and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, prioritizing user-centered design principles in all aspects of your work.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying customer needs and business requirements.
    • Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Leverage Data and Optimize Experiences:
    • Utilize user data, analytics, and research insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Demonstrate Strong Self-Management and Leadership:
    • Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Take ownership of your work and demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Cultivate a Positive and Collaborative Culture:
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive team culture, characterized by trust, respect, and openness.
    • Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Deliver Brand-Aligned Visual Excellence:
    • Demonstrate mastery of visual design principles and a high bar for craft, creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Who You Are

  • 5 + years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions. 
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel or other team management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
