Are you passionate about turning data into insight and strategy into action? We’re looking for a SR. Strategic Analyst to join our team and support high-impact initiatives by analyzing data, conducting research, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or strategic research, who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to support strategic planning.
  • Build reports and dashboards that transform data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Conduct research on market conditions, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Translate findings into strategic recommendations that guide decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development and evaluation of business strategies such as market entry, product positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in building financial models and forecasts to project outcomes of strategic decisions.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Create polished presentations and reports tailored to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to best practices in strategic analysis.
  • Stay up to date on industry and market trends that could impact company direction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or strategic planning.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Solid grasp of research methodologies and data interpretation.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and creating compelling data narratives.
  • Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear insights.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership and is transparent about successes and challenges.
