The Impact: As a Senior Specialist in Technical Project Management, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial business initiatives by supporting and managing projects under the guidance of a senior team member. Your contributions will help ensure that our stakeholders receive effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall user experience.
In this position, you will assist in the execution of project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals. Your ability to understand and communicate technical requirements will be essential in facilitating clear communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvements within your projects, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Your strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with project management methodologies will enable you to tackle challenges as they arise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure clarity and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the senior team lead in managing project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on project status and challenges.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Champion best practices in project execution and stakeholder engagement to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies to apply relevant practices in project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or a related role, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Azure Dev Ops, and Smartsheet preferred.
