The Role:

•    Define, implement and manage software compliance workflows, including free and open source software (FOSS)
•    Perform regular scans for open source licensed software components
•    Create a bill of materials for distributed software components
•    Coordinate FOSS activities between Legal, Software Development and Software Build and Release teams
•    Communicate FOSS requirements and coordinate FOSS deliverables with suppliers 
•    Create, update and publish compliance documents 
•    Provide workflow training and mentoring
  

Qualifications:

•    Knowledge of free and open source license categories 
•    Experience with software and operation system configuration tools (make files, configuration files, manifest files, …)
•    Experience with configuration management workflows and tools (e.g. GIT)
•    Familiar with SW development and management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, JAMA, etc.)
•    Experience with workflow development, implementation and monitoring
•    Proven track record of working cross-functionally and driving open issues to closure in a timely manner
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Experience with software development best practices

Advantageous:

•    Experience with Android Open Source Project (ASOP)
•    Experience with Black Duck
•    Experience in embedded and/or automotive SW development.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

 

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$145,600$200,200 USD
