What you’ll do at Pendo:
Pendo.io is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Individual Contributor in Sales Enablement with a primary focus on developing and executing comprehensive sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the effectiveness of our global sales organization.
As the Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you will partner with our sales organization, as well as other revenue cross-functional partners, on multiple initiatives ranging from global strategic program delivery to defining and executing content and training that will accelerate Pendo.io’s growth. You should be comfortable building sales centric programs to support go-to-market execution, familiar with sales methodologies, best practices, sales metrics and cycles to support business priorities.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs.
Role Responsibilities:
Enablement Program Development:
- Develop, implement and own comprehensive enablement strategies that drive sales effectiveness and productivity including but not limited to sales training, onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodology, and competitive positioning.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance enablement programs.
- Incorporate creative approaches and experiential learning methods to improve sales team knowledge retention and skill application.
Sales Excellence:
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, fostering continuous improvement in their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to assess, refine, and optimize the sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices to ensure adherence to a structured and standardized sales methodology.
Content Development and Delivery:
- Deliver live and asynchronous training programs that equip members of our Sales teams with the essential knowledge and skills required to be successful in their role.
- Create and curate enablement materials such as playbooks, courses, in-person workshops, and other related resources to support enablement programs.
- Align closely with Product Marketing to develop content that supports the sales team in articulating Pendo.io's value proposition.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, revops, data analytics and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales enablement initiatives.
- Foster strong partnerships with Sales Leadership to gain insights into specific training and coaching needs.
Performance Analysis and Improvement:
- Conduct regular analysis of sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and feedback to iterate on training programs and coaching strategies for continuous enhancement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership or sales, with a strong emphasis on sales training and coaching or high-level performance.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis and reporting.
- Proven success in leading enablement initiatives programmatically, with an ability to communicate strategy and gain alignment with stakeholders, work cross-functionally, to develop target milestones; fully owning end-to-end progress against targeted objectives.
- Successful track record of creating and implementing effective sales training programs in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC and Command of the Message).
- Expertise in leveraging AI, as well as revenue, and sales enablement platforms (Seismic & LMS).
- Occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience working in Enterprise sales or leading enablement initiatives to support Enterprise teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to both translate complex concepts into actionable insights as well as influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following locations is:
San Francisco Bay Area, CA - $123,000 - $154,000
New York City, NY - $111,000 - $140,000
Raleigh, NC - $107,000 - $133,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
