  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to defining and improving QA standards, strategies, and processes, adhering to Agile methodology and industry best practices.

  • Traceability & Reporting: Maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements and test cases. Own and deliver quality test documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.

  • CI/CD & Prod Support: Actively engage in CI/CD activities and assist in the promotion of code to higher environments when needed. Participate in scheduled Prod Support and Pager Duty activities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring prioritization of fixes in line with project needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.

  • Experience: 4+ years in Web Application Automation Testing.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one testing framework, with strong experience in Playwright (preferred) and/or Cypress.
