Sr QA Automation Engineer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium in Java or .NET environments.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web and mobile applications.
• Utilize Azure DevOps tools to manage test plans, track defects, and document testing progress.
• Implement best practices in CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and ensure seamless integration with DevOps processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to iterative development cycles.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed defect reports and collaborating with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to process improvements for test automation and QA practices.

Work Environment

• Client requires Sr QA Automation Engineer Lead to go into Dallas/Fort Worth or Arizona office 3 days per week and telework 2 days per week.
