Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in collaboration with one of the Big Four consulting firms. This is a multi-year contract position offering a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with on-site presence in the Atlanta, GA office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
· Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
· Manage relationships with a Big Four consulting partner, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of project milestones.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
· Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and other business units, to ensure successful project execution.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
· Prepare and present regular status reports to executive leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
· Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance requirements, and quality standards throughout the implementation process.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, driving project success through effective leadership and communication.
· Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within the project, ensuring iterative development, continuous feedback, and the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project progress and maintain team alignment.
· Assist with Change Management throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
· Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-year projects with a significant impact on business operations.
· Prior experience working with one of the Big Four consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) on an SAP implementation.
· Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, architecture, and integration points.
· Extensive experience with Agile project management methodologies, including leading Agile teams and facilitating Agile practices within a large-scale implementation.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
· Experience with hybrid work environments and managing remote teams.
