Ingram Micro Financial Solutions is in a phase of growth and expansion. The division is seeking a highly skilled and tenured Global Program Executive who is well versed into how innovative finance solutions can be a true differentiator for Ingram Micro’s customers.
Position Summary
Develops business strategies and opportunities with new and/or existing customers to expand existing relationships and developing new relationships; build, position and sell new and advanced solutions, programs, services; may conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities; collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, new markets, products and services, or other business opportunities.
The Global Program Executive will perform the role of subject matter expert alongside Solution and Business Development in the different countries establishing specific Assignment and Managed Services finance programs. The role requires identifying and structuring finance solutions, negotiating with third party funders and executing funder agreements, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and providing training and support.
Global Program Executive activities also involve negotiations with global customers and playing a key role in the continuous development, implementation, operation, and sales management of our global financial product and service offerings. The Global Program Executive manages operations necessary to effectively roll-out the programs establishing all required internal approvals, manage different stakeholders. Furthermore, the role will also assume responsibility for Solution Development activities for the Americas.
Your role:

Develop the G-T-M (go to market) plans with specific vendors and strategic large resellers to provide consultative guidance in line with their aspirations to build global customized payment solution options for the channel, respective downstream resellers and their myriad of end users customers.

Execute against project delivery, marketing integration and multi-regional roll out across all solutions both big and small across the opportunity continuum.

Drive the growth for IMFS, Ingram Micro, vendor, and strategic resellers, developing and utilizing IMFS products, structured financing methodologies, and robust customized flexibility centric solutions.

Confidently present, advise and support multiple stakeholders within vendors, strategic resellers (Telco’s and GSI’s) and Ingram Micro.

Project manage solution-to-solution builds and roll out opportunities (simple to complex migrations) specific to the nuances of each Vendor, Telco and GSI’s customer relationship and requirements.

Contribute to the overall financial success of the business unit and meet through to exceed annual KPI’s and related performance metrics on a routine basis.

Support marketing campaign development, integration and management related to both generic as well as specific target marketed financing solution campaigns (i.e., general market and vendor/strategic account developed).

Has latitude in global funder contract negotiations and strategic decision making

Manages many diverse key stakeholders across large disparate teams in a collaborative orientation. Responsible for multiple sub-functions in managing the design, build and oversight of strategic programs across the division globally. Requires the ability to influences other to accept practices and approaches in a dynamic manner as a perpetual change agent with new and innovative program creation, rollout and adoption both internal and external to Ingram Micro.

Integrates functional strategies and develops objectives for departments/sub-functions and develops policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Helps to develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet broad, but specific goals. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect functional area of responsibility.

Will be leveraging already well-established key relationships with important customers, suppliers, vendors and global funders. Proven experience and expertise leveraged and utilized in managing collaboratively multiple departments within and/or across function within Ingram and similar across external Ingram key partners and alliances in functional stakeholders ranging from global funders and external legal to engaged accounting and /or other strategically aligned consulting organizations.
What you bring to the role:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience in finance/accounting as well as global operations.

Previous IT finance sales and related financial industry business development experience with a proven track record of overachieving goals and quotas specific to IT equipment leasing / financing.

Experience of building a network and relationships at the senior management level, preferably in the IT vendor/reseller market as well as across the funder landscape.

Deep understanding of and ability to sell simple through highly complex financial deal structures is required.

Understanding and utilization of a multitude of financial solution strategies to build vendor programs at a global level (factoring in varying regulatory differences where applicable)

International expertise and perspective are highly preferred with a broad and in-depth level of general business acumen required.

Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Proven skills to operate in a large matrix business.

Proven ability to design, build and manage innovative financial solutions programs of moderate to highly complex nature at the global level.

Proven ability to participate and co-lead regular QBR sessions, with other IMFS executive leadership, related to funder discussions and related relationship enhancing interactions.

Proven ability and expertise to working across as aspects of global funders and their myriads of functional deal origination through closure areas, including executive leadership ranks.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $149,200.00 - $253,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
