Purpose of the job: As a Recruiter at Accurate you will be responsible for defining and executing innovative recruitment strategies across all business areas to attract and select world-class talent. Develop effective sourcing strategies, create excellent candidate experience, build efficient and high-quality processes and systems, and manage metrics that drive great business and

people outcomes for the Talent Acquisition team and the larger organization.


Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Full-Cycle Recruiter to help build a diverse and high-performing team across various functions. This role will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the company's long-term talent strategy. As a key partner to hiring managers, you will develop sourcing strategies, create job descriptions, and help drive the company's talent acquisition goals. 


PS:- Please only apply if you are currently located in Mumbai ( In and around Thane location). Also the shift timings would be 2pm- 11:30 PM IST & this is a work from office role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Diversity: Input into the organization’s overall hiring strategy, ensuring a focus on diversity and the recruitment of qualified candidates across all departments.
  • Talent Sourcing: Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of potential applicants through employer branding initiatives, job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to signed offer. This includes screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and making offers.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Build close relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop selection criteria, and guide them through the interview process to meet expectations.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific roles, and plan the interview process (screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews).
  • Pipeline Building & Job Fairs: Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Record-Keeping & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of recruitment materials, interview notes, and candidate information, and share with key stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Metrics & KPIs: Establish and improve hiring metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with external partners, including recruitment vendors, employment agencies, job boards, and professional associations to optimize sourcing channels.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Lead offer negotiations and coordinate with stakeholders to close key hires, ensuring alignment with company goals and compensation strategies.
  • ATS Management: Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and understand the candidate workflow through all stages of the hiring process. This includes managing job postings, screening resumes, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring data accuracy within the system.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with HR leadership to assess staffing needs across departments and identify key hiring priorities.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to develop selection criteria and ensure alignment of candidate requirements.
  • Regularly track and update recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Source and engage candidates across a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
  • Organize and manage recruitment events to build strong relationships with external talent pools.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 5+ Years of Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience: Extensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment, from sourcing to offer acceptance, across various functions and industries.
  • Global Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to recruit across multiple markets, with a deep understanding of cultural and legal nuances in global talent acquisition.
  • Bulk Hiring & Industry Experience: Expertise in bulk hiring for customer service roles, including voice and non-voice positions, particularly within BPO, ITES, and background verification sectors.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, ensuring alignment on hiring goals and expectations. Skilled in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ATS & Recruitment Tools Proficiency: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with a thorough understanding of managing candidate workflows through all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Advocate: A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process, ensuring that talent acquisition strategies promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: A strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, using recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure success, identify trends, and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & social media: Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and experienced in leveraging social media for sourcing and employer branding initiatives.


  • Prerequisites: Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM IST, 5 days a week (Monday- Friday) with weekends off.
  • Location: - Thane, Kolshet 
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate/MBA/Postgraduate in Human Resources (2 Years fulltime)
