What You'll Do:

Ministry Brands is seeking a skilled Sr. Product Marketing Manager for our Non-Profit vertical. This role is crucial for the success of our B2B SaaS products. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work collaboratively to position our products effectively, create compelling value propositions and messaging, and enhance awareness, demand, and adoption. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B SaaS technology, demonstrating expertise in crafting and executing customer-centric product marketing strategies. This individual excels in seamlessly driving product adoption, fostering engagement, and maximizing utilization, showcasing a proven track record in navigating the complexities of the B2B SaaS landscape. Your profound insight into customer pain points and needs enables you to articulate the value of intricate products in a compelling and impactful manner.

Your strategic acumen is evident in the creation of data-driven marketing plans that serve as a solid foundation for success. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Product Positioning: 

  • Develop and implement effective product positioning strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights. 
  • Define unique value propositions for each product to differentiate them in the marketplace. 

  • Messaging and Content Development: 

  • Create compelling and consistent messaging across all marketing channels. 

  • Work closely with subject matter experts and the content team to develop high-quality thought leadership, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and more. 

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: 

  • Lead and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and feature updates. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, success, and demand generation, ensuring successful product launches. 

  • Sales Enablement: 

  • Develop and deliver training materials for the sales team to effectively communicate product value propositions and features. 

  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team with relevant tools, resources, and information. 

  • Market Intelligence: 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to make informed recommendations for product enhancements and marketing strategies. 

  • Campaign Management: 

  • Collaborate with the demand gen. marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate leads. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. 

 

Who You Are: 

  • Passionate about social good and enthusiastic about helping purpose driven organizations  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • 5+ years of experience at a B2B technology company (SaaS experience, preferred), with 3+ years in product marketing 

  • Experience in Enterprise level Non-Profit operations and donor management required 

  • Pragmatic Institute Certified, preferred 

  • A strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution – proven track record of leading and delivering results in high-growth environments 

  • Ability to influence a wide audience at all levels and to work cross-functionally, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Onboarding, and Success 

  • Strong positioning and storytelling skills with the experience to take in ideas from a broad set of stakeholders and narrow them down to a sharp and concise message.  

  • Excellent writing skills and content generation skills, including presentations, website copy, datasheets, webinars, eBooks, etc. 

  • Outstanding analytical capabilities and attention to detail – constantly analyzing results and seeking continuous improvement 

  • Superb project management skills and confidence to work within a dynamic environment – when priorities change rapidly, you’re able to adapt quickly 

  • Ability to work independently, make decisions in the face of ambiguity, navigate complexity and iterate fast 

  • Working knowledge of modern tech stack tools: Salesforce, Pardot, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Suite, and more. 

 

Physical Considerations: 

  • Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and days 

 

Travel Considerations: 

  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%
