About the Role

Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Evisort's AI-powered contract management solutions within Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Product Vision: Define and implement the product roadmap for enterprise customers, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and product marketing teams.

• Develop Innovative Solutions: Design and deliver new features and functionality, integrating Evisort within Workday and third-party systems.

• Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with collaborators across different departments, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and see opportunities in the legal tech market.

This role requires deep understanding of the legal and business domains, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering ground breaking AI solutions.

About You

We’re looking for versatile people who love a fast-paced environment, want to ship customer value early and often, and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas.  The right candidate for this role is a skilled problem solver first and foremost - they should enjoy challenging and exciting problems, coming up with creative solutions, and guiding and teaching their counterparts and clients about how to use their solutions. They bring urgency, a bias for action, and are outcome driven. 

Basic Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in product management.

Other Qualifications 

• Knowledgeable about legal contracts and particularly clause types and key data points, or able to quickly get up to speed on clause types and different contract data points.

• Demonstrated ability in law, contract management, management consulting, or a degree in law.

• Ability to engage with Engineering on technical decisions - technical background a plus

• Excellent at logical communication of technical requirements

• Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various partners

• Experience in client-facing roles, with skills to bridge the gap between internal and external requirements

• You are a problem solver, able to break down a large and complex problem into discrete pieces of customer value that can be delivered incrementally and iteratively

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn challenges into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research
