Enterprise AI Product Manager

About The Role

As an AI Solutions Architect, you’ll lead the development of custom AI agents tailored specifically for enterprise organizations. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing bespoke AI solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. Additionally, you’ll contribute to enhancing our core platform by improving key features, including reporting, security and controls, customization capabilities, integrations, and automation.


*This position is based in Lehi, UT. Must be able to come into the office 5 days/week (Monday-Friday)


In This Role, You Will:

  • Architect and Implement Enterprise-Scale AI Solutions: Leverage cutting-edge AI techniques and technologies to develop robust solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Lead Multi-Month Projects: Oversee projects from requirements gathering to launch, collaborating closely with customers, the Enterprise AI Solutions Engineering team, and enterprise sales and customer success teams.
  • Engage Directly with Enterprise Clients: Capture use cases, define success metrics, and ensure the delivery of impactful solutions that meet client objectives
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with various teams to develop platform-wide enhancements, including reporting, controls, and integrations, and to unify AI product roadmaps.
  • Own Enterprise Product Priorities Beyond AI: Drive cross-platform feature development, focusing on reporting, controls, and integration capabilities.
  • Utilize Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ analytics tools, SQL, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Ensure the adoption and expansion of AI solutions through effective GTM planning and execution.
  • Travel to Enterprise Client Sites: Approximately monthly visits to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Exhibit Founder-Like Ownership: Take full responsibility for products end-to-end, including GTM strategy.
  • Hands-On Coding Ability: You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and contributing to AI projects by writing code alongside the engineering team when needed.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • 4+ Years of Combined Technical and Client-Facing Experience: Background as an Engineer, Solutions/Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager.
  • Passion for AI: A strong curiosity about AI developments and emerging technologies.
  • Project Management Expertise: Experience with large-scale AI implementations and exceptional organizational skills for project delivery.
  • Extreme Ownership: A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking full responsibility and acquiring any necessary knowledge.
  • Ability to Move Fast: Success in fast-paced technical environments, working with cross-functional teams; experience likely at a startup rather than a big-tech company.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Ability to connect with enterprise executives and build strong relationships.
  • Leadership: Excellence in leading teams and driving execution through clear communication.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Consultative Expertise – This position requires a strong consultative approach. Experience in gathering requirements, demonstrating ROI, and crafting executive-level presentations will be essential.

Executive-Level Engagement – You’ll collaborate directly with C-suite leaders at Podium and our clients. Proven experience presenting to and engaging with executive teams is crucial.
