This role will support all Point of Sale (POS) originations servicing and onboarding including but not limited to customer application journeys and experiences, near shore originations operations and key partner platforms. The candidate will possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to bring multiple external parties together to achieve stated goals. This position will provide the opportunity to learn and build B2B relationships with strategic POS partners. Working in a collaborative environment, this candidate will connect with cross-functional teams across Analytics, Legal, Vendor Management, Technology and Product Management to create a first in class point of sale originations experience.
In the Role

Support all aspects of originations servicing including acquisition process, product and customer experience

Support and develop enhancements to the Point of Sale (POS) customer application- journey by utilizing voice of the customer feedback to make journey and communication enhancements

Partner with POS post-originations servicing team to make changes throughout the application funnel to impact customer onboarding and delinquency

Manage B2B communications, collateral and processes that support day-to-day activities such as: managing weekly meetings, developing training materials as needed and resolving dealer/customer issues

Manage POS strategic partnerships including but not limited to oversight programs, platform enhancements and new business requirements; this will require working in a B2B capacity to further strengthen relationships and build out new processes

Manage originations servicing department including any near shore operations and external vendor services, policy and procedure development and results tracking

Assist the servicing department with creating work routines to manage inbound/outbound customer phone calls and emails

Support prioritization of features and roadmap for POS platforms in partnership with POS Product Strategy
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in financial services/banking

Experience working on projects that require cross-departmental collaboration

Deep knowledge and expertise in consumer lending operations with specific experience with near/sub-prime credit

Strong business acumen, ability to align strategic business goals with tactical solutions

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management

Creative thinking and process driven with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple fast paced, deadline driven projects

Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
Preferred:

3 years of experience overseeing operations in a call center/contact center, with a focus on optimizing workflows, improving service delivery, and implementing process enhancements.

1-3 years of experience in managing projects or programs within a corporate environment, such as healthcare or business lending.

Baltimore Target base salary range is $100K - $130K, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
